Catered Ribs

Catered Ribs must be ordered at least two (2) weeks ahead of time. Ribs are sold as full or half slabs.

 

A caterer’s tray serves about 16 – 20 and has approximately 4 full slabs in a full tray.

 

Ribs – Single servings are sold by the pound. $8 per pound, which is about 3-4 ribs.

Half Slabs are sold for $15 and Full Slabs are sold for $25.
