How to buy

Some ribs are served fresh off the grill (the fortunate Tennessee Tuesday locals), while others are cooled and then refrigerated for sales and consumption at a later date.

 

Ribs are available to be re-heated at home or on the road.

 

Packages are available by the pound for single servings or by the half and full slab.

Slabs average about 4.5 pounds (before cooking)

 

Frozen, Fresh or Foil covered re-heated, you will find these ribs unlike any others you have ever tasted.

When to Buy them

 

Ribs are available every day during the summer months at the farm.

 

On Tuesdays I cook ribs fresh on the grill…we start serving at 5:00 pm.

Strongly suggested that you call ahead to order your ribs (413) 584-2224

Generally, it takes about 20 – 30 minutes to heat up your order of ribs.
